Terms and Policy
Here at Passion For Graphics it is our goal to provide our clients with an affordable yet high quality web design experience. As with any other business we have policies and procedures please make note of these prior to your purchase.
1. Passion For Graphics agrees to complete all web designs within a reasonable agreed upon amount of time. This time frame is agreed upon by both the buyer and our web designers. Any work on projects will begin after a non-refundable deposit of 50% has been made.
2. Passion For Graphics agrees to give the buyer two samples for approval prior to final steps in designing the buyers site and or logo.
3. Passion For Graphics will provide the buyer with all needed files if the buyer decides to upload their pages themselves.
4. Passion For Graphics creates, and owns resell rights to all of our designs. Any of our designs created solely by our staff comes with our linked watermark and is non-removal. If you so choose to have this watermark removed it must be approved by the designer and rights to the design must be purchased at an agreed upon price (between the designer and buyer.) Once purchased this design will no longer be used for further clientel. If the buyer removes the watermark without consent the buyer is in direct copyright infringement.
***(As of 7-27-05) It has come to our attention that this line is not clear to prospective buyers. In an attempt to avoid any misunderstandings please note the followng. Any purchase made from our designs is not a purchase of full rights unless specified by the designer. To purchase a unique, full rights design please specify this with your purchase so the designer may send you an additional quote for the design. Basic Non-Animated Unique Price, please add $69.00 to the price per page. Deluxe Packages Unique Price, please add $109.00 per page. Flash Packages Unique Price, please call for quote. (prices subject to change)
Please also note although you may purchase full rights to the design and all watermarks will be removed, Passion For Graphics will and always retain the right to display our work on our design page.
5. The buyer agrees to submit any and all needed files and photos in a reasonable amount of time so that the designer can fullfill his/her commitment to the buyer in reference to the agreed upon time frame. Please be aware that our designers sometimes have more than one client at a time and can not make daily changes to an exisiting site or logo. The buyer will provide any updates or changes to an unfinished design Mon-Wed and can expect to have the changes complete by Friday of the same week. Any structural changes needed after the design has been approved will incur extra fees, to be decided by the designer based on the change needed.
6. The buyer agrees that any and all deposits/payments must be paid for in full before work begins on his/her site. Once all work is complete, the buyer agrees to remit final payment no later than 10 business days following the completion of the project.
7. The buyer agrees that any refunds on purchases negates any and all agreements and any files submitted to the buyer by the designer are not to be used by the buyer under penalty of law. Any cancelled projects will be paid on an hourly rate for any work put into the project by the designer. Our hourly rate of $40.00 will apply.
8. The buyer agrees that the once they have given written or oral approval of the design and payments have been rendered there will be no refunds and only one opportunity to refine the agreed upon design.
All information provided to Passion For Graphics is held in the highest regards as to the clients rights to privacy. At no time will Passion For Graphics sell our clients personal information.
